SHAPE Officers Association reception

Robert Ulin, a retired U.S. Army colonel and current member of the faculty at the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth and Lansing City Council member, and his wife, Terri, hosted a reception of the SHAPE Officers Association on Friday, Sept. 9, in Lansing. The reception honored Retired German Gen. Peter Carstens, president of the SHAPE Officers Association.
