Dogs Break Out
Through the Safe Harbor Prison Dogs program, canines are given an opportunity to break out into the world with new familes. Trained by inmates at Lansing State Correctional, these loveable mutts become available through adoption for the general public.
Taz, a one-year old terrier mix, got some special attention from volunteer handler Corey Hutten.
