Dogs Break Out
Through the Safe Harbor Prison Dogs program, canines are given an opportunity to break out into the world with new familes. Trained by inmates at Lansing State Correctional, these loveable mutts become available through adoption for the general public.
After completing the adoption process, Deidre Jones sits in the back seat while trying to place Rinty on a blanket for the ride to her new home in Ottawa.
