Basehor-Linwood soccer field dedication September 24, 2008
The Kansas City Wizards loaned an inflatable soccer goal to BLHS for fans to use before the field dedication ceremony.
Basehor-Linwood athletics director Joe Keeler served as the master of ceremonies for the field dedication.
Basehor-Linwood High School cheerleaders release balloons into the sky as members of the school board look on during the dedication ceremony for the new soccer facility at BLHS on Monday evening. The celebration was short-lived, however, as the Bobcats dropped a 3-2 decision in double-overtime to visiting Sumner Academy.
