Kansas Day

Thursday, Jan. 29, was Kansas Day and so schools in Bonner Springs and Basehor took the opportunity to teach students about the state where they live. In addition to learning about each of the state’s symbols, such as the buffalo and Meadowlark, students participated in several activities and art projects with Kansas themes.
