Wreaths Across America
Basehor Intermediate School students and members of the Basehor VFW post traveled to Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery on Saturday morning to lay wreaths on veterans' graves as part of the national Wreaths Across America program. BIS students, with some help from VFW members, raised $2,680 to buy wreaths for this year's event.
