2012 Flag Retirement ceremony
Bonner Springs Boy Scout Troop No. 149 and the Bonner Springs VFW Post 6401 gathered weathered flags from the community for a retirement ceremony Saturday at Camp Naish. With the help of scouts, the VFW honorably retired and burned the flags.
