Description
The Carnegie Arts Center is a private, nonprofit fine arts organization and a member of the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts. Some programs are supported in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment of the Arts, a federal agency. Anyone is eligible to participate or become a member of the Carnegie, regardless of age and ability. Scholarships are available.
