Jim Martino grew up in the 1970s and often rebelled against his father. But Martino respected his father’s service in the Navy during World War II. It was a tradition of patriotism and service that also included his four uncles, Martino said. That respect led Martino to enlist in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
Will Katz, director of the Kansas University Small Business Development Center, show Bryson Rexwinkle of Wichita how to locate newly foreclosed homes on the Internet. Rexwinkle came to the center with on his plan to start a business of buying home and remodeling them for resale.
