Jack Helin is not representing the best interests of Bonner Springs. As long as he is city manager, Bonner will remain a backwater town. Everyone knows that freeway access promotes economic development more than slower city type streets. K7 is a state highway and for Bonner to reach it's potential, K7 needs to grow into a freeway.
