maybe this is why they are having yet another illegal executive session during a retreat. has anyone yet to read a koma manual.

executive sessions;
first, three council members must sign a special meeting request (with agenda)
second, you must announce the meeting to the people on the notification list (not enews)
then and only then you can make a motion to go into executive session after opening the meeting.

listen new council, follow the rules.

mr breuer has no clue and the city attorney may need some cle classes.

btw, why is the city paying to go to falcon lakes. thats right mayor breuer owns part of it and will gain by the city paying hundreds to use it. conflict of interest. yes.
