County proposal would stick sewer district with bill of $1.93 million

Commissioner Flower lives in Cedar Lakes not in Glenwood Estates. Different Sewer District. Make sure you have your facts right before you make accusations.

What's your reaction to the firing of Basehor city administrator Mark Loughry?

Also, Dennis I don't know if you have realized this or not, but the community does not support your actions so I don't think anyone is going to just get over it and move on as you like to say.

What's your reaction to the firing of Basehor city administrator Mark Loughry?

Dennis can you please tell the community members why you decided not to give Mr. Loughry a public hearing to defend himself. Firing someone while they are on vacation seems a little bit shady to me. Why don't you tell everyone the real reason that you fired the city administrator instead of hiding behind a let from the EX city attorney that is over a year old.

Loughry to clean out office; police chief asked to be interim administrator

Unfortunately "pigpot" what they did was wrong and the community does not support what they felt was right. So where does that leave us now. We have City Council Members that are making decisions that the community does not support.

What's your reaction to the firing of Basehor city administrator Mark Loughry?

Dennis didn't the city administrator contract have a provision in it to how his termination process would go. Something like 10 days written notice and a public hearing. Did you follow these guidelines? If not what does that mean for the Basehor Community?

Basehor council's vote to remove Loughry sparks shock, questions at City Hall

Well of course the action taken wasn't legal, why else call for a special meeting. Great Job Mertz, Box, and Dysart. Not only did you make a big mistake removing the city administrator, but you also didn't follow the proper procedure in doing it. Do these 3 really know what they are doing? What does this mistaken mean for the City of Basehor?
