New Basehor City Council member Ty Garver says he's looking forward

Good input Becky. Thanks!

Respectfully:
Haven't seen or heard much out of the new Council members. I don't know about you gonna have some faith and give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully they show that they ment what they said in there articles. (Elt.)

Obviously the cities has more pressing things going on then How they spend $500- or more on a retreat. BUT It would certainly be nice to see the gesture of fiscal responsibility and maybe, just maybe a small amount of fain actions to keep us informed.

* $100.00 Below average band or a Mediocre magician.
* $100.00 Donation to the Library or a clubhouse.
* $250.00 Catered food and delicious ice cold beverages.
* **$60.00 of your own money at one of are fine establishments Enjoying Hot wings and a Frosty ice cold adult beverage off city time and its dime. (Not a bad idea!)

****** Having 99.6 percent of the population of Basehor seeing that you care and are listening.... PRICELESS!!
- For everything else there's the City card.

( Just hoping to spread some humor Instead of anger.)

Logically we need to keep the money in Basehor businesses. Nothing wrong with that!
* VFW Hall NEEDS OUR SUPPORT. (No Alcohol You say. That's not the end of the world.) dinner, meeting, entertainment. -Drinks at Kelleys, Past times, and yes even Falcon Lakes clubhouse. This would Help multiple businesses in town. I certainly don't mind the Council having a retreat or a party for its employees. But we should not be asked to flip the bill for alcohol. (No, I am not against alcohol at all) Just don't have an open bar. ( simple)

* The Basehor Library has a Excellent downstairs area and meeting room.
I have been to Large parties and meetings at two of the three other club houses in town. I know they're not as nice as Falcon Lakes But could possibly save some money.

* If Mayor Breuer owns part of Falcon Lakes club house I don't have a problem with that. either reduce the price (take care of the falcon Lakes employees) just make it reasonable. Show your going to spend less then in the past. This will show that you're trying to be Financially responsible with our money.

Respectfully, Just something to consider.

Good for the Council on approving the score boards for the Field of Dreams. I think that's a plus for our community!

Basehor City Council meeting agenda: March 19

LR very well spoken. It would be nice to see Us the CITIZENS talking about facts Or even conjecture. I like to read the different intelligent comments on here. I don't always agree, but hateful comments will not HELP ANYONE or Validate any point you're trying to make.
