Basehor City Council meeting agenda: March 19

Except I don't care what documents hit the public, just sad to see good people have their name thrown around on this forum for no reason. Like I said before, there are bigger problems out here to worry about rather than some B.S. lawsuit by a upset ex-cop.

I'm just saying that I've never heard one officer complain about who they work for, just who they worked with. Now that officer is complaining about it. Beyond his lawyers claim, it sounds like he created his own hostile work environment. In fact officer's that left willingly did it for their own protection from the former council. Complain all you want about them, you call 911 when you need protected. I give thanks to the ones that stuck it out through the years of B.S. that the city has put them through and you all should too.

I know I stated once that careforthetown sounded like a disgruntled employee, but now making sure this CLAIM has come to the forum shows us which one it is.

Former Basehor administrator Loughry suing city for more than $500,000

Having a council run a city is what causes all this nonsense anyway. Basehor needs to bump up to the next grade and do away with all council control. Too many personal issues come up in these kind of politics.

Basehor City Council sticks with tougher audit at extra cost of $9,000

I'm a far from a supervisor, and far from this town. Just know some of the officers that work there. I like to read this due to the entertainment compared to cities and employees that have much worse problems. Just seems that everyone is crying over spilled milk to me. Spam mail can be sent by anyone who could guess an e-mail address, yet citizens are trying to drag out a lawsuit because someone found what their addresses are. Other than a few poor choices from council members, Basehor has it pretty good.

I'd say you must be one of their former employees. Luckily all your comments give that away.

You are always on an attack with anything that mentions the employees or Police Department. What do you have against them?

Mertz, Dysart deny recall group's accusations
