"What's the Matter with Kansas?" director Joe Winston talks about what has happened to one of the people he followed in his documentary, a Wichita woman who, at the time of filming, was graduating from high school with aspirations of a career in politics. Winston discussed the film after a screening at Basehor Community Library on Feb. 21.
