AREAS...ALLEN...CHAUTAUQUA...ELK...GREENWOOD...LABETTE...
MONTGOMERY...NEOSHO...WILSON AND WOODSON
* THROUGH THIS EVENING.
* EXPECTED RAINFALL OF ONE TO THREE INCHES MAY FALL ACROSS AREAS
THAT EXPERIENCED HEAVY RAINFALL LATE LAST WEEK.
* SIGNIFICANT WITHIN BANK RISES AND LOCALIZED FLOODING ALONG
MAINSTEM RIVERS...WITH HEIGHTENED RISK OF FLOODING ALONG
TRIBUTARIES AND SMALL RIVERS AND CREEKS. LOW WATER CROSSING
