THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES.
* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE MONDAY EVENING WITH THE
HEAVIEST SNOW BETWEEN MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT AND MIDDAY
TUESDAY. SNOW SHOULD MOVE EAST AND DECREASE IN INTENSITY BY
LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW MAY DEVELOP
TUESDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AND BLOWING SNOW ARE
POSSIBLE. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS AT TIMES. THE COMBINATION OF SNOWPACKED ROADS AND LOW
VISIBILITIES COULD MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT.
* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
