* TIMING/DURATION...SNOWFALL IS SLOWLY END BY THE END OF TONIGHT.
MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
REST OF THE EVENING. EVEN AFTER THE SNOW DECREASES IN INTENSITY
AND ENDS...THE STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE
SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW AND VISIBILITIES
BELOW A HALF MILE.
* IMPACTS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW CONTINUES...REDUCING VISIBILITIES
