SOILS AND CAUSED A SWELLING OF AREA STREAMS. SEVERAL ROUNDS OF
HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO FALL ON TOP OF THE ALREADY
SATURATED SOIL THROUGH MIDWEEK AND WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASED
RISK FOR FLASH FLOODING.
THE FIRST ROUND OF RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT...WHERE
1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
OVER 4 INCHES ARE LIKELY. ANOTHER ROUND OF RAIN IS THEN EXPECTED
FROM TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY...WITH ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES
POSSIBLE.
