HARVEY...NORTHEASTERN SEDGWICK...SOUTHERN MARION AND SOUTHERN
MCPHERSON COUNTIES...
AT 856 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL GRADUALLY MOVING OUT OF THE WARNED AREA.
AS THE RAIN ENDS...THE FLOODING WILL CONTINUE FOR AN HOUR OR TWO
BEFORE RECEDING.
ROADS ARE CLOSED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA DUE TO HIGH WATER...MAINLY
IN THE TYPICAL FLOOD PRONE LOCATIONS.
