NORTHEASTERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...
* UNTIL 900 AM CDT FRIDAY.
* AT 848 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT
EARLIER RAINFALL WAS PRODUCING FLOODING OF FLOOD PRONE LOW WATER
CROSSINGS ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS
OF ONE TO THREE INCHES ACROSS THE WARNED SINCE THURSDAY MORNING.
THE RAIN HAD ENDED AS OF THURSDAY EVENING.
* RUNOFF FROM EARLIER RAINFALL IS CAUSING FLOODING OF LOW WATER
CROSSINGS AND LOW LYING FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
