...WET SNOW POSSIBLE LATE SUNDAY INTO Sunday NIGHT...
There are suggestions by several computer models that a quick 1
to 2 inches of snow may fall over much of the region later Sunday
afternoon and Sunday night as an upper level low crosses overhead.
The best chance of seeing any snow accumulations will be south of
a line extending from near Perryville, Missouri to Harrisburg,
Illinois to Greenville, Kentucky.
Much of any snow accumulations would be on grass, trees and
elevated, untreated road surfaces. However, other roadways could
become slick and hazardous as well, especially if the snow falls
quickly enough with temperatures very close to the freezing mark.
Most of the precipitation should end shortly after midnight as
the low moves off to the southeast.
