NORTHWESTERN HOWELL AND TEXAS COUNTIES...
Periods of heavy rain occurred with several different waves of
energy over the past 48 hours. This brought rainfall amounts of 2
up to 6 inches of rain across the warning area and some flooding.
Residual flooding, especially in low lying areas and near creeks,
streams and rivers will likely continue through mid morning.
Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flooding.
