* AT 1241 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RAINFALL RATES OF THREE
QUARTERS OF AN INCH TO ONE INCH AN HOUR ARE OCCURRING ACROSS THE
SPRINGFIELD AREA. THESE RAINFALL RATES WILL LIKELY LEAD TO PONDING
OF WATER AND MINOR STREET FLOODING WITHIN THE CITY.
* CREEKS...STREAMS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
